Inspired by the natural beauty of Galway Bay, our approach to food is thoughtful, seasonal and relaxed, with a strong connection to the west coast around us. We work closely with local producers, growers and suppliers, choosing ingredients for their quality, provenance and sense of place, while always leaving room for influence and inspiration from further afield.
