The Aviary

The Aviary is a light-filled afternoon tea atrium, a destination in its own right. Guests enjoy premium loose-leaf teas, speciality coffee, and Champagne alongside delicate finger sandwiches, handcrafted pastries, and freshly baked scones served with homemade preserves and rich clotted cream, presented on Agaria (Rajnagar) marble tables with decorative seashell inlays.

Inspired by its coastal surroundings, The Aviary provides an elegant setting for intimate gatherings, celebrations, or a serene afternoon of reflection. Our exquisite, hand-picked and hand-prepared teas are as fine, rare, and splendid as ever. This carefully curated selection has been assembled with skill and expertise by world-renowned tea connoisseur Jameel Lalani of Lalani & Co Ltd and sourced from some of the oldest and rarest tea gardens in Japan, India, Taiwan, Nepal, and Kenya, to name but a few.
